About Donna Stidham

Donna is a Nevada and Washington attorney helping traditional and non-traditional families plan for their life and deal with death. She has made it her mission to plan not only for the human family members but to make sure the family pets are taken care of in the event of the death or disability of the pet’s owner.

She is a member of the following organizations:

Donna graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Boyd School of Law. She co-founded the student chapter of the Animal Legal Defense Fund and she served as treasurer and president. She was also a member of the Environmental Law Society.

She has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She was a member, the events coordinator, and the treasurer for Beta Alpha Psi, an honors accounting fraternity. During college she did an internship in the tax department with Arthur Anderson, LLP. and continued to work for them until their closing. She then worked in the tax department for one of the largest gaming companies in Nevada. Prior to opening her law firm, Donna worked in the tax department for a local CPA firm concentrating on high wealth individuals and trust management.
